Leadership Coaching
Managers who lead calmly, under real pressure.
Certified one-to-one coaching for founders, managers and first-time team leads. Practical, confidential sessions built around the situations you are actually in.
Most managers were never taught to manage.
People are usually promoted because they were excellent at the work, not because they were prepared to lead the people who now do it. Then the job changes overnight. Suddenly the day is full of conversations they have never had: telling someone their work is not good enough, holding a boundary with a founder, keeping a team steady during a bad quarter.
Coaching is not therapy and it is not a training course. It is a structured series of confidential conversations in which a manager brings a real situation, works through it with a certified coach, agrees a concrete next step, and comes back with what happened. The learning stays because it is attached to their own work.
Our coaching draws on transactional analysis, NLP and fourteen years of HR practice inside growing companies. Sessions run online or in person, in Serbian or English, and everything discussed stays between the coach and the person coached.
Difficult conversations
Preparing and rehearsing feedback, performance warnings, salary refusals and exits, so they are said clearly and once.
Delegation & trust
Getting out of the doing. Deciding what to hand over, to whom, and how to check in without hovering over the person.
Decision-making
Working through the decisions a manager keeps postponing, with a framework that separates the data from the discomfort.
Boundaries & energy
Protecting focus and capacity, saying no upwards, and recognising burnout early in themselves and in their team.
New leader transition
The first ninety days as a manager, including the tricky part of leading people who were peers last month.
Team coaching
Group sessions for a leadership team that needs to agree how it makes decisions, handles conflict and speaks with one voice.
Coaching helps when
- A strong specialist has just become a manager
- A manager avoids feedback until the situation explodes
- A founder cannot let go of operational work
- The leadership team argues in private and agrees in public
- Someone valuable is close to burning out
How a programme runs
- A free chemistry session before anything is agreed
- Six to ten sessions of sixty minutes, every two weeks
- Written goals agreed with the person, not with their boss
- A progress review at the midpoint and at the end
Four clear steps
Chemistry
A free session to check fit. No obligation on either side.
Goals
Two or three concrete goals, written down and measurable.
Sessions
Real situations, practised responses, agreed next steps.
Review
What changed, what to keep doing, whether to continue.
Leadership Coaching, common questions
Who sees what is discussed in sessions?
Nobody. If the company pays, we share only whether the agreed goals are progressing, never the content of a session.
Is this coaching or mentoring?
Mostly coaching, with mentoring where experience is genuinely useful. We will tell you which hat we are wearing.
Can we coach several managers at once?
Yes. Parallel individual programmes plus a shared leadership-team session is the most effective combination.
What if the person does not want coaching?
Then it will not work, and we will say so. Coaching is voluntary; the chemistry session exists exactly so nobody is pushed into it.
Who would we be coaching?
The first session is free and non-binding. It exists to check whether the fit is right before anyone commits.
